Two Designers. One Thoughtful Vision. Elevated Client Service.

TRISH POZNICK CAMPBELL

OWNER/PRINCIPAL DESIGNER

Exposed to interior design from a young age through her mother, it was no surprise that Trish chose to pursue a career in the field. She earned her undergraduate degree in Interior Design from Auburn University and later returned to Auburn to complete a Master’s in Business Administration. Her goal in pursuing an MBA was to deepen her understanding of business strategy and operations, strengthening her ability to serve clients while complementing her creative expertise.

Trish’s design experience spans a wide range of residential and commercial projects. Her residential work includes fully custom new home construction, remodels, kitchen, bath, and basement renovations, as well as full-home furnishings and outdoor living spaces. Her commercial portfolio includes lobbies, public spaces, model homes, restaurants, professional offices, and work on college campuses, where she has designed residence halls, restrooms, guest lodging, primary residences, and flexible-use spaces.

She brings a well-rounded perspective from working at a full-service design firm, a high-end furniture retailer, and a small architecture and design firm. Trish has continued consulting with contractors and serving private clients while building her own practice. White Horse Design was founded to bring her unique vision to life, with a focus on personalized attention, clear communication, and a truly client-centered approach.

Trish’s design philosophy has evolved over the years, yet a consistent theme remains. She creates interiors that are fresh, timeless, comfortable, and personal—spaces that function beautifully in the modern world while feeling welcoming and enduring. Her style blends classic, well-crafted pieces with clean lines and thoughtful details, resulting in homes that feel grounded in history yet livable and relevant for today.

Trish believes that spaces should invite living and simply set the stage for family memories. Rather than focusing solely on aesthetics, she strives to curate a feeling within each room. Through a thoughtful and collaborative process, she works patiently with clients to craft homes that are meaningful to them—places that feel comfortable, intentional, and cherished for years to come.

Macy BARNHARt

interior Designer

As a design student at Ohio University with a passion for interior design, I have spent the past two years interning and one year working with Trish at White Horse Design of Carlisle. My interest in design stems from the creativity and critical thinking involved in the design process. I am fascinated by how different materials can impact the way people feel in a space and how enhanced functionality can improve life.

My studies in interior design have broadened my understanding of the field, highlighting the integration of science, technology, art, and the thoughtful manipulation of space, light, and color to enhance the human experience. I believe that interior design is not just about aesthetics; it is about improving lives by creating functional, beautiful spaces that respond to human needs and behaviors. I am continually striving to expand my knowledge and skills in this dynamic field and am excited to keep pushing the boundaries of creativity and innovation in every project I take on.

At White Horse Design it’s not about the quantity of clients in our portfolio but about the quality of care and attention each client receives.
